After completing c.a ....can anyone capture his c.a s client by charging less money than his c.a from his clients when i start practice?

No...it'll be unethical(against our professional ethics)

I think we can do that. Undercutting of fees was previously not allowed in professional ethics. But now we can do it.

But personally it is not advisable to take away other clients in this manner.
