Is that really necessary to write very fast in exams....i think everthing must be done with cool mind and with normal speed....i knw its not the problem for me only....rules are applicable for everyone...........practical solution is to have make ur concepts clear and practice must be high.....but what about the theory subjects.....
what should we do in order to attend ipcc/pcc papers on time,at least in 2:50hrs.....?
writing fast and having cool mind both are different things so both are indispensable and don't mingle them

Its not necessary to write fast, but you should write to the point in theory answers and also write the answers pointwise instead of paragraph form. This will help you to complete your answer systematically as well as complete your paper well within time. also, it gives a better impression to the examiner. if you go by this method i dont think you will hae to write extremely fast. So just keep calm and write your answers and schedule your 3 hours.
