Is TDS applicable to Foreign Remittance for Trade Services

If the company is doing any EXPORT/IMPORT of goods, it is not covered under SERVICE TAX. But if the company is doing professional/marketing/other service relating to IMPORT/EXPORT of goods then the same is taxable under service tax act. (But any where export services is expempted under service tax act)
