one of my client is having business of transporting Kapachi and metal and receiving income of freight
is he liable to cut TDS from his income?
if any body can suggest..

if Transportar Give PAN no. to the Dedudctor .in this case no need to deducte TDS . otherwise he comes under sec 194 c
Yes Transporter has given his PAN...so and according to 194c if he has given PAN no such deduction shall be made
