provided that he will provide us the services.
tds will be applicable at the time of any payment in advance or invoice whichever is earlier come into force.

dear friend
tds is applicable on credit or payment whichever is earlier and payment includes advance payments also.so u are required to deduct tds.

tds is applicable on credit or payment whichever is earlier and payment includes advance payments also. But if u r purchasing some thing then no TDS is applicable .
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
