IMO, surbhi book isn't great for exams.. I have seen it and felt it lacked depth. But it's very easy to understand no doubt. Go for that to know the concepts and then supplement it with PM,RTP etc :) that way u can plug the loops!

This is what I used, u may change as per your requirements:
LAW: Bhandari Sir's main comprehensive book+pm+rtp(current and last attempt)
caution :Do revise law on a daily basis at the time when your mind is freshest( morning preferably)
SFM* - As i have studied under the guidance of Aaditya jain sir Firstly his concept notes and practice book and then PM/compilation/RTP.However you could also go for the following combination AJ's Concept notes+ Makkar sir ' practice book + PM/compilation/rtp
Note- in practical subjects like SFM once you do any teachers practice book/9AJ/Makkar) it would take the longest time However as they have took most/ all the q from PM/compilation thus doing the compilation/pm would hardly take 1-2 hrs at most
Make a target :
a. That u cover 100% content with depth in all topics u cover in the subject and any q in whichever context or form may come in that topic u can answer it(as not all topics are required to be covered as ques paper is a 120 mark paper and you could leave 1-2 topic which never come or are expected to come in q no. 1 eg. I left SEBI ,inspection in law )
b. make short notes etc and summarise the topic to a form such that everything u have studied can be revised in 1 and a half day before the exam otherwise all is in vain.
Hope it helps.

Hello sree..whatever material you refer..plz ensure that you are referring to institute's module along with it..and take out the notes after reading..it'll help you a lot in improving not only your grammar but also your writing speed....and padhuka may not be required..if you do accordingly.
