A person trading in stock market, takes a delivery of a scriptt (i.e.; After 3 days of purchase)and sells it  after, say 4-5months and earns a profit

  • What will be the profit taxed as 1.)Short term capital gain    or

                                                                      2.)Trading Profit in the Business

  •  And if trading profit is the trader is also deprived of Gaining the benifits of  long term capital gain also.
