and in old balance sheet some share and debenture stock available...
is applicalbe RSS on this co...
and on what is AS applicable on stock AS-2 or AS-13

AS-2 not applies on shares, only AS-13 would be followed. Further, general framework applied if the co. is not covered in specific statutory framework requirement for Financial statements.
