Can we challenge the consitutional validity of ICAI's right to manipulate given to it under The Institue Of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.

No, we cannot! It was passed by the parliament, accented by the President of india then. So no ground of challenging it. It is a Law, that we need to suffer.
Unless and until there is a Govt intervention, the ICAI is its own law making body. WE all stand on a slippery ground, and we are helpless.

100pc marks attempt karna is not a joke i dont think even sanjhiben attempted 100 marks in all the subjects. But there's no shortcut to success. Hardwork.
