Is removing options in all ca exams a positive move ?

I think its a gud move. As for example in my pe2 exams i knew that there will be choice in the accounts paper and questions fom statutory companies is must,so i left that part and went ahead. The question came and i left it. I still got exemption,as for those topics I have no idea about them till now.

this is CA not a cbse class 12th paper

it is indeed a very good move by icai 

earlier there was tendency on the part of the student to leave many part of the syllabus

and still he could manage to score good due to options available 

but now he could not do that

also the standard of CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS will be improved

i knw we the student have to suffer due to this step

but in the long run we will get benefit more than wat we suffered

I still believe there should be options.Make the option part of question equally hard, then also the standard will be tested. And regarding money by icai; i still feel so; icai can do anything for money.

Its better on the part of the students as they have to make the papers easier.

Likewise students have to cover the whole syllabus, So no part is left out.


So, I call it mutual benefit.

it is -ve approach to us...........till 60 yrs ICAI is providing option,now what happen???
