Is Registered Trust under Bombay Trust Act an Artificial Juridical Person as per 2(31)? or is it an AOP like unregistered trusts? Further, is Society an AOP in all cases?

Registered trust is an AOP, sub category will be trust/ institution registered u/s 12A.

Artificial Juridical Person. A public corporation established under special Act of legislature and a body having juristic personality of its own are known to be Artificial Juridical Persons. for eg Universities
