Is RCM available for gst taxable Stock in hand.

sir/madam,

if we do not have ITC for june. but I am having spices stock of rs.700000/- in my stock which is exempted in vat tamilnadu earlier but now it is taxable in gst. i should collect tax on sales and pay or I should pay tax for tax for stock under RCM? please help me.
