Hell friends we are forming a company when filling form-1 it is saying that preferece share capitals can not be zero or left blank
help me in this regard

Pref Share Cap is not necessary. You can talk to MCA for the same.
PREFERENCE SHARE CAPITAL CAN BE "0", BUT NOT EQUITY SHARE CAPITAL
THIS MIGHT DUE TO SIGHT PROBLEM WHICH IS TAKEN OVER BY INFOSYS.
