Is the interest earned on PPF is taxable if PPF amount is withdrawn after 5 years ?

no. the interest is tax -free even if u withdraw after 5 yrs........

as per new budget, the schme is now EET, that means if we withdraw the PPF it will be taxed.

It is taxable if you withdraw amountbefore maturity
