Is pf contribution allowable as prior period expense??

A Person has failed to provide provision for contribution to PF last year, for the month of March. But has paid it before the due date on 07/04/2012. How to record the same in this year's books?? Is it disallowed as prior period expense or an allowable expense, as it is paid within due date??
