Has the passing percentage increased from 40% to 45%? If yes is it applicable for ca final may 2010 exams

No, the rules is published in the month of October subject wise passing perecntage will be same & agreegate passing also be same.

It will never, exams can get tougher, toughest... But wont increase passing %....
