hiiii .......... i want to continue wth c.a. course. i m a pe2 student. i already cleared my 2nd group but still hanging in 1st. this time i secure 145 marks only 5 marks short in aggregate. i secure 53 in accounts, 50 in auditing and 42 in law. i wnt to convert in ipcc and want to continue. as i invested my many years in ca course. plz help me...its a wise decision or not!!

All people are says Do not Quit i Agree with that but you must settled in your life before you go CA Because Your age may be 24 years so u pass 2 group again doning articles it is 3 years time and again CA final Stuck up finaly you passed in 28 years so when u enjoy with your life so my dear friend plz go first job all the best

First of all you should go for verification of answer sheets of all the papers.
Then convert to IPCC.
Prepare for the remaining papers.
Especially Account and Law as these two subject will make start your articleship.
So don't loose hope.
Me too had a terrific situation at the exam time. My papa was admitted in hospital on the day before my exam. i was tensed and was in very difficult stuation. but i thought that god will save my father's health and i just didnt demoralised and gave my last pe-ii exam in may 2010 and got cleared.
So don't loose hope.
