Is MSME and Shop and Establishment Act both registration are compulsory for selling digital products like ebooks etc in India and abroad as a Sole proprietorship ?

In India, both MSME registration and Shop and Establishment Act registration are not mandatory for selling digital products like ebooks as a sole proprietorship. However, obtaining these registrations may provide certain benefits to the business.
