I wish to know whether a Monthly Medicine expenses for My father/ Mother can be considered to get exemption from TDS. Roughly Rs. 5000 is my regular expenses towards Medicine. (Till Date i have just taken a bill from Pharmay on my Name)

Yes you can show your medical expenses under medical allowance which is restricted to amount spent restricted upto Rs. 15000/- p.a.
