Is it Safe to jump to New set of Notes?

Friends !

Being Human We are always fascinated with the new objects we see, spl "The study notes"( As it is proven by the no. of Views"14062" on a similiar post) :-) , I just want to know "Is  it worthy to shift to New set of Books/ study notes in a exams like like ours"? leaving all wat u had been studying for the last 1 YR.
