07 September 2018Is it possible to file revised-return (With 10E information) post processing of ITR ?
I filed my ITR without 10E information and subsequently ITR was processed by the Income Tax Department. However, I un-intetionally left out 10E details in the ITR.
Can I file revised return with 10E form even after processed ITR ? If not, then whether is it possible to do it during next assement year ?

You can file revise return for FY 2017-18 until 31.03.2019.

Processing u/s 143(1) is not completion of assesment.
When Notice is issued u/s 143(2) and processing is over u/s 143(3) then assesment is complete.
untill then you can file u/s 139(5) if 139(1) or 139(4) is filed and processed for Ay 2017-18 and after.
Rectification u/s 154 can be done upto four years from the day of assesment.
