Law sections and CASES are very relevant. Especially the benchmark case laws u must remember. try and do a few cases of the very important sections atleast ,which are directly relevant.

As far as sections are concerned try to write sections. They do fetch u marks but yes never write a wrong section. If u are confused about a section dont mention it. Its better to omit it than write a wrong section.
