My Boss is Purchased Car on behalf Company Name in October 2020 That inovoice is including IGST and Cess. is it eligible for ITC . Can I claim it now?

It is blocked as per Section 17(5) of CGST Act, 2017.
You can claim it only if it is for purposes as written in the above mentioned section.
