Is it compulsory to fill ETDS quartly return for Private limited companies.

As per Section 206 of Income Tax Act all corporate and government deductors are compulsorily required to file their TDS return on electronic media (i.e. e-TDS returns).Fo others it is optional.
So as a private limited company ur required to file only E-TDS return
