Is it compulsory for Chartered Accountant to be in Practise to file Income Tax Return, TDS Return, efilling return for Individual and Corporate Assesse?

anyone can file income tax return even u need not to be a chartered accountant to file income tax return.......
if audit is required then put the name nd other details of auditor in return then assessee himself can file his return.....

No need to be in practice as you will notice that these returns do not include any column requiring such details.

if any person comes in the crieteria of income tax then it is compulsory otherwise not compulsory, what chartered accountant do in this matter . Income tax is applicable for all persons
