Dear Sherin,

The concept of National Company Law Tribunal was introduced by amending the Companies Act, 1956 through Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002 effective from 01-04-2003.

As per Section 10FB of the Companies Act, 1956, the Central Government shall notify in the official gazette about constitution of NCLT. The same has not been notified yet.

You can write in your exams like this Company Law Board/ Central Government although concept of NCLT has been introduced in the Companies Act, 1956 by amending it the same is not notified in the official gazette.
