it depends on an individual, no body can predict that you will get good amount of experience /knolwdge in big firm or small firm,
if you are in small firm than you have to do a lot of work, may be all type of work will be given to you, may be the firm did'nt have enough clients to provide u knolwdge what you need.
in big firm you may be getting good amount of high quality work like GDR etc. public issue..... compliances etc. but no body can guarantees this.....
50:50 is chances in each type of firms
