Yes, IT Act 2008 is Applicable

& Second One Was I Did Not Get.....

Hi kunal for IT ACT 2008...its ofcoarse applicable...

While for LLP..., i really dont think so that it will be applicable for MAY attempt atleast, i mean even NOVEMBER may not have it... but MAY 10 for sure excludes it
