As Per ICAI rules

If you are PCC Student then after completing 30 Months of Articleship under your Principal you will be eligible to go for Industrial Training

Principal Cannot hold you provided that you have given Prior 3 months notice to your Principal regarding transfer

Regards:

Yes, I agree with SAN.

He can Very well go for Industrial Training. Proper notice is required to be served. If still principal dosent agree. then, go to institute. They will guide you better.

hi Dear

I am facing the same problem.

the only condition to join Ind Training is to serve your principle a 3 months prior notice. I have been selected by a well know MNC. my employer refuses to sign my  form 109 and I joind Industrial training.

but institute does never hear me, the only reply i get is its your personal matter you have to solve it at your end institute shall not entervane in this matter.

and at presently I am working in my Co as Ind Trainee but legally my training is not strated due to not submition of Form 109 and 104 and waiting when he will sign my form  109.

and the very foolished ammendment has made by the institute in May/June month in this year that if you want transfer for the reasons as recently allowed is required..............

to make an application to ICAI for taking permittion of Inst dully signed by your Hon'ble existing employer before get signed form 109.
