No. Only SPICE forms are required. File INC-22 if registered office is not ready at the time of Incorporation.

in SPICE form if we are choosing to apply for DIN of first directors...then is it reqired to file DIR-2 of such director because he is not having DIN

DIR-2 and INC-9 are mandatory attachments. DIR-2 is also required for first directors.

DIR-2 and INC-9 are mandatory attachments. No need to attach INC-8 i.e declaration by professional which is already there in e-form SPICe and INC-10 was omitted vide Companies (Incorporation) third amendment rules.
There is no need to file DIR-12 and INC-22 separately as SPICe itself is an integrated e-form.

What we will quote in DIN column in DIR 2 if the first directors are not having DIN ?
