How will a courier agency file its GST returns.
What will be it's outwards taxable supplies and what will be claim on ITC.\

Outward supply shall be the services you provide to your clients. You can claim itc on services received by you in course of services provided to your clients.

Not clear. What about the GST implication on commission that the agency receives or pay?
