I have a doubt about genarating a waybill in the following situations:
1.Inter State or Intra state invoice value is greater than 50,000/- but the distance is below 10KM
2. Invoice value is more than 50000/- but mode of transc
port is non-motor vehicle(i.e: by hand deliver or 2 wheele
3. Invoice value is less or equal to 50000)- but distance is more than 10KM.

Query 1.
Till 30/6/18 in intrastate supply No e-way bill is required, For interstate supply exceed the consignment value to 50000/- e-way bill has to be generate,, Distance is not cluase for E-way bill.
query 2.
If mode of transport Is Non Motorized, then no E-way bill is required irrespective of consignment value
query 3
Again the same if value exceeds 50000/- irrespective of distance the E-way bill is compulsory (supply interstate)
