is Gst applicable on second hand sale of vehicles?

an oil trading business company is selling its one of the old vehicle TATA ACE to an individual is there any Gst applicable in this case,if applicable what is % of Gst applicable ?

Yes, GST applies here. See chapter 87 for HSN and rate. And check for cess also.

I read somewhere that GST will not be applicable on sell of second hand vehicles. T&C apply. Better to check it at GST office.

This will apply if the person deals in second hand goods. And it's optional.

if gst is applicable on second hand vehicle sale then double taxtation will be apply because at the time of first purchase tax already paid theb why we paid it again.

Yes, it is right. Because the input tax credit is also not allowed, except in some cases.
