a person who is PWD contractor with Gst registration and filing returns monthly.
he also have a shop room which rent out to a person for business purpose with 9000/- as monthly rent.
is Gst applicable for this rent income?
if applicable, is this mention under GSTR3b as well as GSTR1? or mention under TCS section?
