06 September 2018If a father paid his son's undergraduate fees in SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING, DELHI UNIVERSITY, Can he claim it as deduction u/s 80c as tution fees paid to university? Is it considered as part time or full?

Under 80C you can claimfees paid to educational institution upto rupees 100per month per child upto two children. However, if you taken loan to pay the fees then you can claim the interest paid on it in 80E.
