is eway bill require

I am trader and I sell tha goods through my ven in village.
when customer demand I will provide delivery on support as per requirement.
can eway bill is require when my ven is on road and carry goods >50000?

yes eway bill is required even i f goods despatched by your van

but when I load the goods in my ven I am not know who are the buy my goods.
because my system is the selling is (when I reach at shopkeeper then shopkeeper tell that he want purchase or not)?
in that situation how can it possible that I generate ewaybill?
