We will be paying salary of 15000 to an employee. We only have 3 employees and have registered under presumptive taxation scheme. Is EPF contribution mandatory in this case? I've read somewhere that EPF contribution is to be 10% in case of basic pay below 15k for companies with less than 20 employees. Is this mandatory or voluntary?

For organizations having less then 20 employees, it is not mandatory to register under EPFO.
