I am not satisfied with the education provided in schools upto 10 th std. We are asked to mug up every subject word to word in order to secure high marks. Ranks play an important role here more than gaining knowledge and practical exposure.
The subject whether required or not we are supposed to study. There are few colleges here who even dictate notes for each subject just like schools. They reduce our thinking ability.
That way I am happy on choosing CA where u are given freedom to answer in ur own style and no force on u to follow a particular methodology.
Wish certain changes can be made to our education pattern and especially examinations so that we can be proud of our education system in India.

I am a mother of three children. As a student, the education I received stressed a lot on repetitive learning. As a result, I was very good in memorising & doing things from the book but poor in anything which required me to think laterally because I was not trained to think like that. I was very specific about giving my children an education that allowed them to develop as individuals. After a lot of research, we chose Inventure Academy for our children. Inventure uses the theory of Multiple Intelligences to educate its students. This helps a child in exploration, demonstration and excellence of their intelligences as opposed to a traditional system which emphasizes only on math and language, but not the application of it or developing the other intelligences each and everyone of us have. A progressive education system like MI should be put in place to prepare every student for the future.
