Is due date of GST annual return Form 9 and 9c filling date extended.. ❓ if yes please share notification.

as per the last meeting of GST Council
it is till august 2019
notification have not came till now. but it is decided in 35th GST council to file the same on or before 31st AUGUST 2019.
30th August
Till date no notification is issued...but date is extended to 31.08.2019😊
