very true post bro......planning is useless if not implemented properly...same case is with someone's .....if the dreams r nt accompanied by your hard work in the right direction then the chances of success gets reduced

Dreams are not injurious but it works as a source of inspiration, but yes dreams should be realistic. So dream Big and work hard to fulfill those dreams.
