Is DPT3 required for loan taken from a company in earlier years,not outstanding at year end

for a Ltd company:
If a unsecured loan(not deposit) taken from a company in earlier years, is not outstanding as at 31.3.21 (but was outstandingwas at begining year 1.4.20, DPT3 filed for 19/20), will DPT3 be required to be filed this year for 31.3.21 even if no outstanding at end of the year .
