isnt depreciation an operating expense?
in ashish kalra book in one question while calculating operating ratio they have just added cogs and selling expenses even though depreciation was given in pnl account?
why havent they dep too???
depreciation exp is directly related to buisness then why its nt included???
depreciation is an operating exp and a non cash expense
It is an operating exp. and deducted from GP
