there is one institute in Delhi   IFCA...i am not able to search its website....try to search in orkut community..ACCA India...i am sure u'll find the material n all stuffs in Gurgoan..try & search people who are doing ACCA in delhi or some other states...meanwhile just look at the course structure....have a look at the course of CFA, CIIA,CIMA....

these coaching Institutes like Piron,Takshila...i think they are expensive...just visit their website...contact them...take an idea of how much it will cost u (each subject)...ACCA jobs n all
