I just cleared my CA Finals in JUNE 2009, In the exam hall the instructions read out contain a point that papers must be answered in Blue ink.
Even i was surprised. However i did answer my paper in Black and cleared , so i dont know how serious the rule is.

Always use blue pen while writing ur exams.

Use both colors... For headings use black and for descripttion use blue..
I always do this... and have cleared my exams..

It is written in Instructions given with admit card that -----
Use Blue
or
Blue and Black..

i gav wid black cleared 1st grp...in pcc xams... u cant use gel pen i think but colour doesnt matters if ans r r8...

USE Blue Pen and you can under line the important points with Black Pen

Pls confirm whether you hav written CA exams with those and cleared the same... I have used it ri8 from my schooling til college and successfully cleared the exams.. But my friends are telling me that v shud not use diff colors in CA exams.. Instead they say use pencil and highlight the headings... Thats it.... Can anyone confirm this???
