Deferred Tax :We are the auditor of private limted company were accounts also prepared by ourself for the last 3 years.Duringthese past three years diffrence onaccount of depreciation has not been adjusted in the books as Deferrd tax assets/liabilty.For the first time, being aware of the AS.22 Accounting for Taxes on Income has recognised the diffrence in the books as Deferred Tax asset.Bu t the problem is not yet solved, all the past three years company is under loss because of the unabsorbed depreciation. My question is whether we required to disclose the tax effect of this loss on the books of account?
