NCLT has ordered the company to appoint IRP as per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on friday. Company has received the order on friday evening. As per the regulations IRP shall be appointed within 3days. Is it 3 working days or inclusive of saturday and sunday. Ie., IRP to be appointed within monday.
