Iressponsible ICAI .Transfer not extended.

my queries were unsolved at the helping desk of ICAI biswasnagar..they denied for all.

I completely agree on what you all have said. I too noticed a notification from the Institute on its website www.icai.org, regarding relief on restriction of transfer of article trainees being extended till 15th of May 2009, but it was shocking to note that the Institute has removed the said notification from its website a few days later. The Institute people in Bangalore deny issuance of any such notification and are also unaware of the said notices which were issued from 27-03-2009. It is sheer negligence on the part of Institute and negative attitude which has put many article assistants to difficulties. I MAKE AN APPEAL TO ALL CA STUDENTS TO SOME HOW GET A PRINT OUT OF SAID NOTIFICATION ISSUED BY ICAI THROUGH ITS WEBSITE OR A SOFT COPY, I HOPE ATLEAST ONE OR WOULD HAVE MADE A SERIOUS ATTEMPT TO TAKE A COPY OF IT. PLEASE REVERT ASAP OR MAIL TO sandeep_ncsr @ yahoo.com or sandeep_2686 @ yahoo.co.in.  

I donn hv the exact file print out of ICAI website but i hv a word file of it...it can bring some effect.file is attached.

we all need to do something.
