I registered for ipcc before june30 2017. I failed in IPCC may2017 & it was my first attempt, now who many attempts I will get for old syllables?

i registered for ipcc last month on 29th june ,but still didnt received registration no:and without registration no: cant apply for itt course. how can solve it?
