can someone tell me whether Education Cess and Secondary & Higher Education Cess will be applicable in IPCC Nov 2015 exams...??
And which rate of Service Tax will be applicable?
12.36% or 14%
Service tax enhanced from 12 % to 14% with effect from 1 .6 .2015 .Hence it is not applicable for Nov 2015 exams .Therefore 12.36 %(inclusive of ECand SHEC)will be applicable for forthcoming exams .
