d passing % totally depends on d market requirements n financial situation in d country..
if d need of ca's in d country is less dn obviously u cannot expect a high passing %
u cn al blame on d recession..
just cross ur fingers n hope dat atleast d ipcc passing % is good..
m sure there is a need for article clerks..
